Business Coaching Services
Have a business idea? Ready for self-employment? Or maybe you’ve started but find yourself filled with questions about how to build a successful business. If you answered yes, business coaching may be for you. Coaching sessions are designed to meet your individual needs as a business owner, and to answer your individual questions. Sessions can include, but are not limited to, the following areas:
-
Strategizing how to grow your business to the next level, including financing, hiring employees, and/or attracting new clients.
Training for Quickbooks accounting software.
-
Assistance in incorporating social networking into your marketing program and building your online presence.
- Addressing various employee and management issues, including setting up employee job descriptions, employee manuals, and policies and procedures.
The MicroBiz Forum
Coaching is also offered in group sessions called The MicroBiz Forum. This six-week Forum offers entrepreneurs a wealth of information about building a small business from the ground up. Throughout the program we’ll answer questions specific to group members. Most importantly, the Forum provides a support structure for new business owners who often find themselves isolated and on their own to face the many challenges of business ownership.
No business idea is too small. This is an interactive group program where you will learn not only from professionals in the field, but also from each other. In addition, each week we will complete a structured exercise that will help participants gain clarity for their vision.
Groups meet weekly at The Enterprise Center in Sayre. Our next group will begin in the fall of 2012. For more information about one-on-one coaching, or The MicroBiz Forum, please complete this contact information.
